Do you enjoy visiting art galleries? Or more of a live music enjoyer? What’s that? You’ll only attend Shrek raves and nothing else? Oh my bad, you said you’re a cinema fanatic. The good news is you can be any of these things and have a great time in Birmingham this week. Here are a few events you can look forward to this second week of February.

There’s a reason this was one of our most anticipated events in Birmingham, and the reason is that it’s a freaking Shrek rave. Be at Zydeco or develop a serious case of FOMO this Friday.

Birminghamians have another chance to catch one of the most acclaimed movies in recent years in a premier cinema! Image from Sidewalk

“Everything Everywhere All At Once” is the type of movie that we haven’t seen in a long time. The creative concept sparked a word-of-mouth campaign that was matched by critic reviews to become one of the most acclaimed movies in a long time. Even better, one of the now-famous Daniels directors is from Birmingham! You can once again watch this movie in a theater setting this weekend thanks to the fine folks at Sidewalk
