Valentine’s Day Ball at Titusville Library
Support a local library? Check. Get your groove on at 10:30 in the morning? Check! The Valentine’s Day Ball at Titusville Library is the unofficial holiday kick-off in the Magic City, and you need to be there. This event is hosted by Birmingham Public Library and attendees can call (205) 322-1140 to register.
Paint and Sip
Scientists recently discovered the formula for a perfect date night. Equal parts painting and drinking, all over a romantic holiday. Birminghamians have two opportunities to partake in this ideal situation on Tuesday. The Upstairs at Avondale will be hosting a Valentine’s Beer and Brushes event from 7 to 9pm with artist Shannon Harris. Ferus in Trussville will be partnering with Creative Mindz Mobile Arts & Crafts Studio to provide a wonderful Valentine’s Day Painting Class from 6 to 8:30pm as well.
Valentine’s Metal Art Class
Is there a spark happening between us or is that the welding talking? The good people at Red Mountain Makers have all sorts of fun workshops for Birminghamians of all skill levels, and are bringing a unique one with a romantic metal art class this Tuesday! Bring your significant other and enthusiasm for learning. Leave with lifelong memories and a beautiful creation made by the two of you.
