The Birmingham (AL) Chapter of The Links, Inc.
The Lyric Theatre held the Black Violin Tour to support The Birmingham (AL) Chapter of The Links, Inc. They are a professional women’s organization that has served the Birmingham metro and surrounding areas for over sixty years. Their initiatives are designed to offer resources that expand access to economic opportunities, community services, educational enrichment, and cultural experiences. Guests enjoyed music by Black Violin, who use their unique blend of classical and hip-hop music to overcome stereotypes while encouraging people of all ages, races, and economic backgrounds to join together to break down cultural barriers. Guests also were able to enjoy a VIP experience where they enjoyed premium seating, a pre-concert Meet and Greet with Black Violin and a fun-filled reception at The Hill Event Center immediately following the concert.
