My current role allows me to pull from both my engineering and business backgrounds and combining the two is something that I have always had a desire to do.
How do you balance work & life:
I try to have set boundaries, especially while teleworking, but also allow myself grace when things need to overlap.
Why are you optimistic about 2021:
I have multiple projects that will be taking off in 2021. I am excited to see them unfold and see their impacts!

My dad was an engineer, so I was exposed to engineering at a young age and always enjoyed problem solving.
How do you balance work & life:
I schedule my time and make list which allows me to stay productive during work and ensures once it’s family time I am fully focused on them.
Why are you optimistic about 2021:
2020 was a time of reflection for me and going into 2021 I am optimistic about continuing to learn and grow from the past year.
