Looking for an elegant evening out with the finest of wines, the tastiest of dishes, and the most stunning setting? Look no further than Pursell Farms’ Holiday Wine Dinner, a four-course meal prepared by Pursell Farms’ Executive Chef Joe Truex from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on December 17.
Wine will be from the Riboli Family Wines and will feature food perfectly paired with the wine selection, designed to ignite the spirit of Christmas and leave you full – and full of cheer.
The evening will kick off with a reception and hors d’oeuvres including pimento cheese crostini, bacon jam, benne seed wafers, and mini muffuletta skewers.
Then it’s onto the first course, a grilled Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan and sourdough croutons, followed by the second course of stuffed pasta shell, lemon mascarpone filling, sauteed garlic crab, and BBQ shrimp sauce. The third course will be porchetta rolled and roasted heritage breed pork belly and celery root puree, followed by a fourth course of braised beef short ribs, potato puree, glazed root vegetables, and black truffle braising jus. The meal will end with mignardise and petit fours, and different Riboli Family Wine selections will be served throughout.
Tickets for the event are $105 and can be purchased here.
