# It’s All# About a# Relationship# **LAH agents Anna Frances and Guy Bradley** have figured out how a couple can live and work together for the betterment of their marriage and their clients!### *How has working together affected your marriage?*We’ve always worked together, so we know no different. In those beginning years, when the the market was thin, it was tough, but we learned what we are made of. It made our marriage stronger for sure. Now we have confidence in ourselves and our business.### *What advantages can a couple (as opposed to an individual) bring to a client looking to buy/sell their house?*Guy has an analytical mind, and I’m all psychological and emotional. Also, different clients require different attention. We’ve learned who might work best for a certain individual/couple, and we let that person take the lead. His strength is negotiating and numbers. My strength is resale and livability.
### *What survival tip would give any couple that works together?*Figure out who does what best and practice that. Encourage each other. Thank each other. Learn from each other. Remember to laugh when you can!### *Real estate is such a 24/7 job. How do you disciple your time for just family-time?*We are still learning how to do this...because there is no such thing as maternity leave or free weekends in this business, we have made a commitment to do whatever it takes for our clients. That means that whenever we are able to get away with our family, we are often on the phone and laptop a lot, but we feel fortunate that technology allows for this. I encourage Guy to hit the driving range or take the boys to play 9 holes, and I tag along when I can. We enjoy having friends over and visiting family at the beach (where LAH also has an office and Guy continues to sell there, too!). I’m a lake rat and love when we can get to our friends’ place on Smith Lake during the warm months.
