The 2020 Sidewalk Film Festival kicks off August 24 and runs through August 30. This year’s festival will take place outside at The Grand River Drive-In at the Backyard of the Outlet Shops of Grand River in Leeds, Alabama due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2020 event transition will provide this year’s attendees with a safe option to view the more than 150 features and short films set to screen during the week-long festival.
Each night will feature films on four different screens throughout the property. Gates will tentatively open each evening at 6:30 p.m. with the start of the first films of the night scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.

Due to the nature of this year's event, Sidewalk is not offering day, weekend or VIP passes. Tickets are available at sidewalkfest.com/tickets. Onsite tickets will be available for each individual film and will be priced based on the number of individuals in each vehicle ($15 for one person per car, $26 for two people per car, $35 for three people per car, $42 for four people per car, and $47 for five or more people per car). Concessions and bar service will be provided by The Grand River Drive-In at The Backyard.
Don't worry - you can exchange your ticket if you find out later that more or fewer people can come with you to a screening. Or if you already bought a single ticket and want to join a friend's carpool, that's okay too.
