There's a new meal concept debuting in Birmingham this November. We gave it a try and we have to say, we are fans!

Bowl is a new delivery-only restaurant from the Brick & Tin brand. Bowl brands itself as, "Sourcing only the finest ingredients from our network of farmers, fishermen, ranchers and culinary artisans. Our mission is to bring the best to your table, quickly and affordably. When the ingredients are this good, the best preparation is often the most simple."

Orders are placed online through a seamless process at bowlbham.com. Diners may choose from a variety of pre-designed bowls or build their own bowl to include a base, a protein, four side items and a sauce. All of the bowls are constructed using an array of fresh ingredients that are a feast for the eye as well as the palate. The simple menu also includes a variety of side items like fresh fruit & yogurt, flatbread & butternut hummus and "nuts & bolts," a tasty mix of almonds, apricots, pumpkin seeds, pecans, walnuts, coconut and dried cranberries.

Bowl options range from vegetarian dishes like the Kale Bowl, featuring kale, shredded Brussels sprouts, carrots, roasted sweet potato, pomegranate, agave peaches, farro, mushroom, crispy green peas, vegan green goddess dressing and pecan oil to combinations with beef, chicken or fish. The salmon bowl contains chilled miso salmon, mixed heirloom grains, almonds, roasted beets, crunchy carrot sala, soybeans, lettuces and vegan green goddess dressing. The healthful food is served in generous quantities, so you'll feel like you've filled your body with goodness at the end of the meal.

Diners select their items, pay through the website, select a delivery time, enter their address. Bowl provides contactless delivery directly to your front door. Food items are thoughtfully packaged in special containers and each item is labeled. Reusable chopsticks and bamboo forks accompany each entree, wrapped in a napkin.

Bowl begins delivery within a five-mile radius on November 19th with online ordering and delivery only from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. The restaurant plans to offer pickup soon. View the menu at bowlbham.com and place your order. We're exited to see Bowl's creative new 2020-inspired food option arrive in Birmingham, as many brick and mortar restaurants struggle in the COVID era!
