Birmingham Restaurant Week features several exciting changes in 2020. For starters, diners typically have just 10 days to enjoy the event. This year, in an effort to to maximize sales for area businesses hit hard by the pandemic, you have a full 18 days to check out all the options. And offerings aren’t limited to just restaurants. This year’s lineup also includes food trucks, bars and coffee shops. A variety of accommodations include to-go, curbside and delivery options as well as to-go alcoholic beverages, cocktail kits and family-style meals. The traditional Dine-In option is available at some establishments with safety precautions, such as socially distanced seating, disposable table items, mask requirements and more.

“This year, it’s more important than ever to support our local restaurants among all they’ve faced as a result of the pandemic,” says Bill Stoeffhaas, co-founder of Birmingham Restaurant Week and partner at Style Advertising. “Each restaurant has created their own unique way of moving forward during this challenging time, and this year’s BRW provides an opportunity to spotlight that and provide them with the community support and promotion they deserve.”
