Ferus Artisan Ales Presents: David Cook (Thursday)
The Trussville Entertainment District has become one of the most happening locations in the Greater Birmingham area, and Ferus Artisan Ales has been a huge part of this truth. The brewery returns with another great show this Thursday evening, as American Idol Season 7 winner David Cook comes into town for a wonderful outdoor experience.
Pitbull & Sean Paul (Friday)
There's about to be a dance party in Pelham this Friday night as pop superstars Pitbull and Sean Paul take on the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre. It is the right “Temperature” for a musical celebration as Sean Paul would say, and as Pitbull famously quotes we may as well give it our all on Friday night because there might not be a tomorrow. Dozens of anthems from the earlier 2000s are guaranteed as thousands of Birminghamians do their part to make sure every note is sung loudly.
Birmingham Tattoo Convention (All Weekend)
The Birmingham Tattoo Convention is back in town! Three days of the nation’s best tattoo artists, burlesque, human suspension, and all sorts of fun shopping are about to take place at the BJCC. The event is sponsored by Birmingham favorite Classic 13, and is going to bring ink lovers from all over to the Magic City.
80s Dark Dance (Saturday)
An 80s goth night party in the Magic City? Yes, please! Amin3.Bae is bringing her DJ set to Firehouse this Saturday night, and has a great lineup with Birmingham favorite The Lie Within Callie and drag geniuses Angel Fazce and Saliva Godiva all taking this stage. This is going to be a great night with wonderful tunes.
The Lindsey Shante Interdimensional Communication Event (Sunday)
Lindsey Shante was a beautiful soul that poured positivity and creativity into many projects and people across Birmingham and beyond. There will be beautiful and healing music on Sunday evening featuring some artists that Lindsey meant the world to. Andrea Really, Paradise, Ravel, M. Maria, Kifferei, Wilder, Balcony View, and Jane Childers will all be taking the stage at this free event.
Pigeons Playing Ping Pong at Saturn (Sunday)
Jam legend Pigeons Playing Ping Pong are playing their tunes from the Saturn stage this Sunday night. Fans of good tunes with good vibes are encouraged to attend this show which will keep you grooving from the first note to curtain call.
